Always thought I was adding too little baking powder and never thought about salt. Used salt in bread and all is fine, but never thought about it in cake mixture.

A pinch of salt worked wonders for me as well. Thanks!

I rarely cook Duck at home but felt like some pancake rolls, already had tortillas/cucumber/spring onion/Hoisin sauce in the fridge so it was just a matter of cooking a couple of breasts and assembling.

Much more finesse and a smaller portions used in restaurants of course, but this still worked out ok for a first attempt.

After 2 goes of failing to melt the chocolate properly we finally got it right.

Only for her to decide she doesn't like rice Krispies...

    ^ Very nice!

^^ Looks pretty good as it is!

^^^ Two lunches today? That should do the trick!

Some meals get better with age... but sadly not my 'lasagne'. Only one more meal left from it now.

The pasta sheets are like crispy leather... Gawd knows what they'd have been like if I hadn't parboiled 'em.

Half eaten Turkey burger and a mix of kale/zucchini rice with asparagus.

Phhhark, that's taking eating leftovers to an extreme, was the half eaten burger out of the bin or from off the ground?

Popped up the shop to get some potatoes, cheese, butter and extra virgin olive oil.

Some olive oil on the outside of the potato, AirFryer for 30 minutes, then turn it over and pop the chicken in for the last ten minutes with a bit of pepper/mixed spices.

Onto the plate, plenty of butter and topped with some cheese:

The jacket potato was fantastic, perfect, tasty thick and crunchy outside with fluffy potato and the utterly buttery style butter tasted, well, buttery and very nice, the cheese worked too. Chicken, very good. The best jacket potato I've had in a very long time...

    This AirFryer is f'kin good.

Tonight, for dinner, I will be making eggsackery the same. In fact, I might pop another potato in the AirFryer this very second...

^ Nice...What temperature is your air fryer on for the jacket spud?

I put two frozen crumpets in the airfryer last night. Had a lovely crunch to them but tasted of sausages. Probably time for a clean.

^ you dirty git... I'd like a bit of crumpet.

Mine only goes 200, not sure if that's f, c or any other form of measurement, but I had it on max, and from what I've seen of Youtube vids the Airfryer needs to be on max temp for 35-40 minutes to get the potato cooked in the middle.

Go On, Dilly, do it - you won't regret it; a perfect jacket potato is a wonderful thing.
