Yes they are provided you give the oven extra time to fully warm the stone. Oven will reach the set temp but the stone requires extra time to fully warm.

Yeah agree, frozen fries come out ok.

Dry battered fish filets not so much. Ended up finishing them in the skillet to get any kind of crispness. The book said fish in the air fryer was better than from the deep fryer. It lied.

It does if you have the right one. As I have said in the past I just use the machine to do the leg work of conditioning the dough. I don't cook inside the contraption.

Got to the bottom of my liquidy pizza dough...

A fukkin Aussie tablespoon is 20ml. That's over 5ml bigger than a Brit or American one.

That and I pressed the bread dough button instead of pizza

Making some buns today and another try at thin crispy pizza bases.

Well the cobs are resting, sticking half in the fridge for another day.

Pizza dough mode is on and therapeutically banging away with the kneading

Pizza dough came out better today

Buns didn't quite rise to the occasion and forming circles for pizza aint easy when it keeps pulling back.

The buns- crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Great with jam, like a bun and scone or American and English biscuit hybrid

Ahhhhhhhh, look at that gorgeous little fella.

(What's up with his teeth? )

I've been chatting through some advanced research this afternoon with the brains of the house:

BTW, those "rolls" look like the machine has potential to make some cracking scones!
