    Can also stick a small knob of cheese into each meatball as you make them, if you're feeding a kid or Luigi.

    Jalapenos with melted cheese (just stick a chunk in a bowl and melt it in a pot of hot water, or 20 seconds in the wave) would be my choice.

    No just no. Cut them in half then stuff them with cream cheese and wrap them in bacon. Done and dusted. Put them on the grill.
