Right then, on with the show.....


The Curry will push New boundaries, especially in the morning.
The toilet paper is in the fridge ready in anticipation of the most horrendous white knuckle ride of my life.

Yes, even greater than the Ko Sarn Road Chang squirts episode.

This curry will be a fusion of Tikka Massala, Madras and Vindaloo!
With extra spices and chillis from around the globe.

Time to chop up the kilo of chicken and turkey and get this show on the road....


I need a name for this new curry concoction!
Any suggestions?

Browning off the meat and bunging in a couple of jars of 'bought in' sauce, randomly selected.

Locked out on my puter for some strange reason.

No doubt all will become clear when I sober up in a couple of days.

So, let the turkey and chicken simmer in the coconut oil,cumin,turmeric ,curyy powder and chilli for 30 mins then sling in a jar of Madras sauce and a jar of Tikka Massala sauce.




Time to crack on with the Bombay potatoes...
