As I always batch cook my home made beef and bacon bolognese, there's always stock in the freezer for toastie fillings.
Bought a sandwich maker a while back too.
Could be the solution to my TV dinner for one tonight?

always toyed with the idea of putting kra pao gai into one-spicy and cheesy!

Pan "grilled" ham and cheese.....dinner tonight
The wife uses spreadable margarine, a good bit in the pan, then while the side that was put in the pan is grilling, she spreads more margarine on the top slice so it's greased when it's flipped.
The trick is to cook it under low heat.

Stick a little egg in each side. If you don't break the yokes it's like little poached egg toasted sandwiches.
