Yanks call Tuna Melt, add some cheese. A staple of any old roadside diner or drive in. Bet Snub's bar does a nice one.

The combination of molten cheese, and magma-hot tomato is no joke. I think we've all woken up in the morning following a boozy night c/w late night cheese toastie, with burst blisters in our mouths.. Feels like you've got meat stalactites hanging from the roof of your mouth. Ouch.

You're not meant to clean it, the decades old hardened cheese is what gives it it's mystifyingly delicious taste.

Reckon will do something like this with a few icy cold beers over the weekend.

We Yanks dont need "no stinking machine". Grilled ham and cheese on sourdough. All you need is bit of butter and a frying pan..

But... some fried bacon and onion, then into the sandwich with big bread-sized chunk o' cheese and some BBQ sauce. Buttered and pan-fried.
