I've seen it in Freshmart in the Mall, Korat, so I'm sure it can be found somewhere nearer you, CJ.

"Freshmart" should not be confused with "CP Freshmart" shops, CJ. 'Freshmart' in the Mall is a large supermarket. 'CP Freshmart' shops, IME, are small shops that sell mostly CP products such as frozen CP food products.

    This.

    Also do you autolyse?
Do you find working with whole wheat any different to white AP?
What about whole grain? Or is it the same?

I had to look up autolyse,. I mix water, flour and yeast. Cover and leave in a warm place for an hour or so.
Then add more of the same and knead. I leave it covered again then knead some more and place in bread tins.
I find the flour from the Indian stores a little heavy so usually put a cup of white in the mix.
I use the whole wheat without white to make parathas.
