In an attempt to make up for yesterday's terrible calorie abuses:
More salad, this time with a bit of balsamic vinegar for flavour and fresh salmon lightly seasoned. Quick, easy and tasty...
Thank you very much Sir.
Fresh North Atlantic cod in tarragon sauce.*

Might be a bit off topic but worth to mention when it comes to healthy eating:
My last offshore medical check was due in May this year.
The results (I am 56) were top of the notch BUT:
The Doc told me I should eat some more Eggs as my Cholesterol was very low.. 51 was the reading of the laboratory result.
He asked me to wait another hr and do another check using another finger tip but after a hr the same outcome, 51 (ppm or mg/ltr?)..
I was laughing as since I grew my first set of gnashes (52 years ago) my Mum stuffed eggs into me because my Grandma had 60-80 chicken hence an abundance of eggs each morning .
as Child 2 every morning and now 3-4 every morning...
As I told it to the Doc he asked what my eating behavior is and if I strictly control my diet. I told him I eat what I fancy at that moment of hunger and don't bother if it is pork belly or salad.
he said only it seems to work for you if your body doesn't store more fats then its like it is..
So is there really a guideline about healthy food or is it better just listen to your body? I cook what I fancy and if it takes 3 hrs I always go buy the ingredients and cook it like I always have done it.
Not to misunderstand with: I am hungry, with what goes fast, tastes good and calms my hunger?
Arguing with an engineer is wrestling a pig in the mud, after 3 hrs you realize that he f**king enjoys it
My attitude to healthy food is eat what you cook yourself. I am happy to eat out but for the everyday life self cooked food is the way to go. If something doesn't agree with you then you can find out what it is. You can make your own Granola without all the sugar the manufacturers put in.
Also as you are cooking fresh there is a good chance all the promised vitamins and minerals are in the food.

WOW Dill, the you have been reformed.
The Minty is strong with you!

Sleazy lil 4km in 30 mins and pan seared salmon with penne and corn.
^^^ Dill's steak dinner looks super, and fairly healthy too.
The usual power breakfast

100g strawberries

100g Greek yoghurt
Tablespoon Chia seeds

Around 400 kcal
Hmmm... the broccoli mash is an interesting idea. Might try that one.
Yeah, got that off me Keto mate around 3 years ago. Very tasty.
Though he probably uses some sort o' weird nut milk or something.
Little Trees are so nice by themself, why would you mash them up???
Coz it's like eating the Hulk's genital warts.
Breakfast, dinner, tea.Breakfast, dinner and tea and maybe one more breakfast.Fatboy Dill can keep his pizza i would rather have an early morning dangle with me tackle.
^ I had one for dinner last night. Freshly caught in the supermarket freezer, exchanged for 67 baht, and then microwaved for a short time before enjoying my dinner. Wonderful.
Frozen mackerel is a quid each (37thb) in Lewisham market. Slightly more for fresh. Why is vaguely fresh fish so expensive ?
Its not like they grow it or otherwise nurture.
