    how many thai spoons of olive oil and vinegar etc do you add to your salads ?

    I tried 2 olive oil and 2 apple cider vinegar which added a bit of taste

    what else is recommended ?

    For a nice salad dressing, 2 parts olive oil one part white wine vinegar, a dash of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper (salt and pepper to taste) . A spoonful of Dijon mustard to taste will add to the overall flavour and also bind it. (If that's your taste).

    I would make the case you have no idea what real Thai food tastes like. Just a few places in the USA bro. 4 years in the states my kids found 3 nice Thai places. I went with them to one. Wat Thai in West Hollywood. A weekend food market.

    This is the first time I have ever bought brussels sprouts in my life. I remember not being all that fond of them at Christmas Dinner as a kid but they looked cute in their little string bag in the veggie shop so I thought I would go out on limb.

    Whip up some cheese sauce. Make enough cheese sauce to last 6 nights so the next 5 nights' dinner preparation is blokishly simple.

    Drizzle the cheese sauce over the assorted steamed veggies et viola!

    Broccoli is the tops. However, I can confirm that my teenage memory of brussels sprouts is accurate and despite their cuteness I will pass on a second string bag.

    The great thing about eating a healthy main course is that you earn enough nutritional credit to afford to splurge on a halloween sized pile of ultra-highly processed carbs for dessert.
