Given to her by a friend who moved.

Your best bet is to go on YouTube and do a search for Air-Fryer recopies . There must be hundreds.
In the US we had a Ninja foodie , we love so much, that we use every day, so much so, that when we came here , we shipped it to Thailand with some of our other things. It should arrive here early June. (takes three months from the US, by ship). All that it is , is really a glorified convection oven, that uses circulating air to rather than oil to brown food.
I use it for anything, from making a frozen Pizza (15 min , freezer to plate) to making meatballs or bread. One good thing about it is that you can warm bread up without making it mushy like a microwave does. I bake bread and then keep it in the refrigerator, we all know that bread after a couple of days is crap. Throw it in the airfryier for a few minutes and it comes out as if it was just baked. Great for making chicken wings, sausages etc below are some meatballs I madeWife just unearthed a hot air fryer Countertop Turbo Convection Oven thingy-meatballs-jpg
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.

^ you can by the Ninja Foodie in Thailand. The 230 volt version without the need for a step-down transformer.

Sadly yes, but I like cooking an baking and some of my equipment would be hard to replace in Thailand. So yes undead , step down transformers would be needed.

What's the big fuck about "air fryers" ? Wife just had one delivered. Looks like a glorified toaster oven to me.

Its amazing what can be reinvented into the latest yuppy gadget.

Ffs, it's just a fancy term for oven.
It doesn't 'air' fry anything. Frying by definition involves oil, whether it's pan frying or deep frying.
Your air 'fryer' bakes or roasts.
    Great for roast chicken.
