The quest for a healthy herbal drink

Pondering a healthy daily drink concoction recently.

I'm leaning toward a hot drink of fresh ginger, mint and turmeric.
The ginger and mint chopped in hot water would be ok but adding the turmeric would make it taste awful.

Anyone got any recipes worth trying?

This recipe has herbs, fruit, and vegetable in it. Could be just what you're looking for.

A Bloody Mary is a cocktail containing vodka, tomato juice, and combinations of other spices and flavorings including Worcestershire sauce, hot sauces, garlic, herbs, horseradish, celery, olives, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, lime juice and/or celery salt.

If you’re feeling poorly a hot garlic and ginger drink is the go.
A couple of garlic cloves sliced, an inch of ginger sliced, simmer and add lemon and honey to taste.
The garlic kills bugs and the ginger burns anything still living.
Add zinc, magnesium and vitamin B for extra bang.
Swedish bitters are good for the liver.

As a general use drink concoctions based on sarsaparilla, liquorice, mint and so on are okay.

Beetroot, carrot, ginger and a small pinch of tumeric. Add apple if you want more sweetness.

There're plenty of recipes for ginger, lemon, and tumeric tea on The Google.

Ah, yes, I forgot that! Great taste, I'm not sure of the health benefits though. Suspect it may be quite neutral.

It would be better if you varied it once in a while.

But of course you're not keen on variety.

You’ll feel like eating a biscuit after that cuppa.
Especially if you put milk in your tea.

    FTFY.

Curious about the milk aspect. Does milk enhance the munchies?

The chemical in the leaves that causes psychosis, tremors and twitches, flatulence, enlarged testes, listening to reggae, non-conformance to social norms, disorderly behaviour, lewd acts, desperation, tax avoidance and all the other associated wickednesses (which is why users should put be put to death, revived, and killed a bit more) is fat soluble.

Got a juicer? Cucumber with a small knob of ginger in it juiced up is lovely.

Cranberry and Vodka garnished with an orange slice. Cranberry loaded with A, C, and Antioxidants. The Vodka is clear and distilled and the Orange slice is more Vit C

Of course there is a Bloody Mary. That's packed with good stuff...

If you are following a gut health diet try fermented apple juice. I'm drinking it now.

The band is setting up which takes a forever and theres a bloke staring at me who I am getting creeped up with.

    Orrens
    I drink to be normal.
