Though I would love to have my own smokehouse, it just isn’t possible these days. Too much other to do. I can’t even bring myself to grill ribs. They go in the oven with the homemade sauce including the liquid smoke. (They taste just great.)

My younger brother has a “grillzebo” out back of his house where he does the real smoking of the ribs.

Yup...last year, looks like I got off cheap. Apparently the price here in the US has gone up this year. I bought them at the Rural King here in town. The Lumberjack website doesn't even mention Rural King as a dealer now.
