Not like I was born 'down the road' from the home of Brit Balti or anything, is it.

I had a moment of delight last week when I found my local 7/11 had stocked these again. Was a good hungover breakfast.

I had a few Leos with my Welsh mate tonight... the first time in a few weeks so we had some catching up to do.

I spent the whole evening looking forward to one of my new Stobart's pork pies for supper after getting back home.

There can be few things more depressing in life than over- microwaving your pork pie.

And posting inane nonsense all over the forum.

Well, at least you didn't reminisce of the time you were the Hell's Angels biggest client and almost partner while sharing some free coke with Tina Turner at a concert...

I beg to disagree on that point.

A warm microwaved pork pie, preferably Melton Mowbray with a smidgin of mustard is damn fine fair after a session.

Do you not understand the term 'over-microwaving'?

Pork pies have no place being in a microwave in the first place.

What kind of fiend eats pork pies hot?!?!?!?!?

I’m guessing they were frozen, then overdefrosted.

Overnight wasn't going to work for Mendy when he got home with a skinful and wanted one immediately.

    ^ Exactly.

In a perfect world I would have taken one out of the freezer before I went out and then could have enjoyed it slightly chilled with a smear of English mustard.

But as things happened, I arrived home with a skinful of Leo and Hong Thong onboard, took one out of the freezer and microwaved it for somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes while I sat outside with the dogs. I've never seen the point in the Defrost button as then you just wait longer, so I've always been a 'everything on Max Power' kind of guy.
