Toast + butter + homemade bolognese + cheese + grill.
Peanut butter in a salad sandwich is next level
Not drunk food, but food to go with icy beer food.
5 hour slow cooked, fall off the bone, honey BBQ ribs.
They look good, did you make or buy? If so, how did you make the glaze/sauce?
Made. Put the ribs into a ziplock bag in the morning with BBQ sauce, mustard, soy sauce, dash o' pineapple juice and paprika.
At 3pm wrap tight in oiled foil with the marinade poured in, fat side up, and in the oven at 90c for 5 hours, tray of water under.
Then a thick baste of honey, soy sauce, BBQ sauce and salt, brushed on and under the grill at full burn until bubblin' and carmelized (a few minutes per side)
Delicious crust and the meat falls off the bone.
nice job. they look amazing.
If was allowed to keep just one cooking machine, it would be a close-run thing between my Breville toasted sandwich maker and my convection oven... but I think the Breville would win.
I've really got the hang of it now... last night it was the classic cheese and tomato combo with a side of beans.
I love tomato, but hot tomato and cheese sandwiches always do my head in.
^ They always take the roof of my mouth off as well.
^ You should've got it... mine was nearly 5000 Baht on Lazada, although I hope it was a better model or something.
^ See the display one on the top shelf. The handle had come off/been stollen
Christ, that must be a first.
