My kids are the same with the fried eggs.

Used to make them to Gordan Ramsey's standards until they started moaning that the edges weren't crispy.

Now, they are made to Somchai Na Krispeewitharuneeyolk's standards and they are happy campers every time.

    Each to their own.

As long as they're not fertilised I'll hang around for more.

We used to crack eggs into a cup made from a scooped out orange peel and cook on the bonfire. Delicious.

Make the eggs the same way, but towards the end throw in the frying pan a spoon full of water, and cover the pan.
The steam from the water helps cook the top.

I prefer these black ones to the green lips anyway. Had some garlic bread to go with it but as usual forgot to put it in the oven. Bugger.

I've never been to Greece but it's on my bucket list having heard good reports I reckon I would like it. It's early days yet and I will wait to see how airlines adapt now that covid is in the rear view mirror. Or will they keep hosing us ? Blaming covid , staff shortage, high fuel price etc etc. We will see. My logistics these days are a bit different. I travel with wife and kids , never mind it opens the kids minds up.i think, money well spent

Top places to visit in Greece are Kavos, Faliraki and Malia in that order.

    Check out the YouTube videos.
