^ I thought they were Shredded Wheat biscuits
No idea, we don't have them in the UK but we do have shredded wheat cereal.
Indeed. English cheddar as posted in the pics above.
See here...
Triscuit - Wikipedia
They were invented around the same time we sadly invented those shit beans you island monkies seem to have to choke down with every meal.
So many world renown contributions to the colourful culinary art form.
Is twat Mercan for You Lovely Boy, in a Windsor Davis accent.
Ain't nothing like cheese on a whisker biscuit...
I thought you were Viking in descent also.

its a long time to meal number 3 today and something is required to soak up the beer, Scottish Rough Oatcakes
^
What have you spread under the tomatoes?
^ bit of smooth Pate that needed using up, i prefer rough but what can you do.
^ That sums you up in tinfoil:)
I went out to shop today and scored a couple of nice staples.

The peanut butter is not new but I added that for Dillys sake. :)
Love me some Dubliner cheese.
I probably wasn't the best role model yesterday... got in late last night with the daughter.
I'd forgotten all about cooking... until I saw my phone this morning!
Cheese and apricot pickle sandwiches for me, a hot dog made from some old cooked sausage I found in the fridge for the daughter (she's OK today).
Just glad I didn't use the dog bowls.

Hot dog, Jalapeno poppers and chips/fries. :)
The red stuff is Tabasco sauce.
^Not normally one to nitpick as you know but those onions arse screaming to be caramelized!
I like raw onions on my hotdogs too...with mustard. Catsup is for French fries only. :)
Pretty sure that catsup on a dog is a crime in the windy city. They like that neon green relish too though...
Half now and no Tarka or Naan. Bread like me mum told me with every meal, she'd give me a clip for the lack of butter on the bread bless her.

Pretty good all things considered.
Two things to worry about... the daughter's choice of glass for her chocolate milk and the washing up in the morning.
And the lam yais went straight back in the fridge... no place in this meal.

Drunk nachos. Sorry I did not take an after pic as I was well...
...Drunk. :)
Don't know about it being 'Drunk Food', but a plate of Moo det diow with a big bowl of homemade hummus is a gift sent from god with an icy cold beer and football.
Dare say that Moo det diow + hummus will now be a beer staple.
Anyone know of this English cheddar?

Taste is very nice. :)
I'd never heard of it but Google shows it to come from 'Somerset's lush green pastures', so it must be good.
In fact, around 20 miles from where I grew up.
People on this forum raved once about Red Leicester cheese so I went out and found some. It is very nice. A bit like cheddar but with a smoother consistency. Check it out.
