Either lay some foil accross the rack or cook on a baking tray.

Yeah that was a rookie error but I never work with raw pastry to know any better. They stuck to the wire rack.
Can't get ETA brand BBQ sauce here which is the best there is, and with no mates coming from Oz or NZ in the foreseeable future it'll be a while till having some again yet.
HW, have you tried Bullseye out of the states when it comes to barbecue sauce? You might be surprised. Plus if you like a smoky barbecue sauce this old fashioned and not fancy by any means Kraft is very nice.
Yeah I certainly have tried it AO and was surprised to find there's none at home! I use different BBQ sauces on different things, Bullseye and the other sauces in the pic below wouldn't work (for me) on a sausage roll or meat pie but are best with things like ribs and chicken, the Remia brand works best with pork chops, and so on. Just personal taste..
They look pretty good mate, but it does look like they cheaped out on the meat.
We won't.
Unfortunately these large corporations can can save colossal amounts of money from even the slightest of savings per item.
We can't.
And they always compromise quality for good looking food too.
We don't.
Lang may yer lum reek...
They do look good, dd.
Where are you at again?
Songkla or Hat Yai?
They look excellent.
I think a good sausage roll is hard to beat... I really could eat one anytime, anywhere, hot or cold, with beans or without.
Cheers, we are in Muang Songkhla.
Once the border opens...
Yeah, will keep a box in the freezer but there's much better choices made locally (that look like yours) which are fresh made each day and kept in a pie-warmer. Would rather spend money with a small business instead of helping some CEO to his million dollar yearly bonus as well.
^An incredibly generous offer BLD and I really appreciate it but I just checked on the Oz Post site and to send a small parcel (I bottle) worth about $2.75 would cost $33.00 in freight, that's assuming it ever got thru customs and doesn't include what bandits in uniforms might decide to charge as import duty. I'll live without it for a while longer. Just thinking about the taste of that sauce makes the sides of my toungue tingle, fuck its good
The best thing about BBQ sauce is that it's really easy to make your own.
Use an online recipe and once you've tweaked it just how you like it you'll never buy branded shit ever again.
I took the best ideas from a few different recipes. I prefer to use tomato puree and paste instead of ketchup, 1/4 cup of brown sugar as supposed to a whole one, add some liquid smoke and always a little rum.
Go for it, you probably have everything you need.
Dry air fried hot dogs with a sweet chilli sauce accompanied by a mustard n ketchup sandwich...

First a series of cut and paste picture threads.
Then the disgusting drunk food post.
I can predict where this is headed...
