Very decent. Proper Sunday afternoon snack as you pray for death to take away the pain.

Check if they have the Greggs cheese, sausage and baked bean bake. They are wonderful.
The steak bake is the one.

I can guarantee that we make better sausage rolls than Greggs and I am willing to step up to any challenge to back that claim up.

    Anyway, speaking of toasties:

I bought a box of 4 today, will give them a shot while watching sports this weekend. Just want to try them because so many Poms carry on like they're the best thing since sliced bread, let's see..

They are nothing special, but then if they're for eating when you're really drunk, who cares?

Heating time is not the problem, having sports on TV to be watching while eating said savouries is the big issue and they're currently scheduled for some oven time during Saturday afternoon's NRL triple header.

What kind of a barbarian do you take me for? Of course there's HP in the fridge door among the other staple sauce bottles!

Would actually hate to have to say what sausage roll is the best in Pattaya these days, everyone has got in on the act. There's been an explosion of small Expat stores all copying Siamburi's (or doing their best to) and they typically have one of those glass pie warmers on the premises with sausage rolls ready to go. Even Siam Expat Food have one now they've moved next door into a double shop house and have room, theirs looked bloody good too but I didn't grab one to try. Next time, when I'm not buying sausage rolls

Watch Rugby League Online | Watch NRL Overseas

And then you are not stuck to some schedule...

^Have got it, don't mind paying about $200 a year for it to be able to go back and watch replays or talk shows on demand and am actually watching NRL Tonight right now.

    Drunk food-20210525_150814-jpg

I can get every NRL game live on the previously mentioned internet tv package too but this doesn't get around the live game schedule and sausage roll intake during the matches!

Yep, I'm the same with the WatchAFL version. Basically same product with different content. I usually also pay for the NRL for a month package during SOO.

Rugbypass used to be similar quality, but now is rubbish.

Began using Kayo with a VPN and it is ok, but full of advertisement every 10mins.

^Just looked at Kayo and see it costs about 25 skins a month, not bad as it looks like it covers a ton of live sports. Wouldn't be happy about the advertising though if it's during live games?

Only available in Aus. Contains loads of ads, very like watching free to air in Aus. (even with the replays) - doesn't contain all the live UFC. Doesnt contain the Aus/NZ Rugby Union. Cannot register from overseas as you need a local number, and using the VPN stuffs that all up. But if someone in Aus registers for you, then it works with a VPN.

^Pass. Sounds ordinary and the whole idea of pay-tv is suppose to be to get away from advertising

Not drunk food, but damn fine dining beer food.

Moo det diow (tesco prepped), KFC coleslaw. Thai beer. Armstrong-o-tastic and slobishly delicious.

Love a bit of sun dried pork washed down with 7 or 8 cans of Thailand's finest.

One of the first things M'Sahib ever made for me was sun dried beef. Literally dried/cured in the sun, with an almost Biltong quality about it. Very good, great snacking food.

Not bad! Didn't realise that the pastry would be raw so they're not like the rest of the frozen sausage rolls here that you could heat up in a microwave if too hungry/drunk/both to be fucking about with an oven. Not enough meat though, could have fit twice as much filling in them. Will buy another box to keep in the freezer for emergency situations though.
