Don't come the raw prawn with me digger.
Always been one of my favourite foods but I never realised they were so healthy.
Prawn salads for me from now on.

Since when do almonds have tits?
Until they do there's no such thing as almond 'milk'.
(And what's the problem with a little dairy anyway?)

^ suckling from beasts? Nothin, I guess - but we're the only adult mammals seeking it out.

I read something some where recently about possible mercury contamination / poisoning from eating to many prawns?

Dunno, can't remember right now*, but it's worth the risk because I love eating those little fuckers. Will be tonight in fact.

*That'll be the effects of the mercury.

Could well be right on that one.

I didn't pay to much attention at the time because I didn't want a downer on my enjoyment of shrimp

Oats? Love em! Most breakfasts for me: oatmeal, berries, banana and a drizzle of good quality honey. The problem is lunch and dinner- lunch is at school and usually very carb heavy. Dinner depends on how many classes, but I have become lazy at cooking healthy at home, something I need to get back into a habit of doing.

It's well known that sugary breakfast cereals contain a lot of carbs.
However, you may be surprised at the carb counts of healthy cereals.
For instance, one cup of cooked regular or instant oatmeal provides 32 grams of carbs, only 4 of which are fiber (23).

I eat the whole unmilled stuff with chia seeds.

Keeps you going until lunch. Particularly if you're sitting at a fucking desk all morning.

I bought some chia seeds, ate some regularly. I'm still waiting for the magic to happen.

They just expand as you digest them, and are also a so-called super food. Whatever the fuck that means. I munch them for the slow release energy so I'm not salivating over the vending machine at 11am. That vending machine is a fucking slag.
