So how's it done?
Without it becoming a religion ...and becoming a fat b'stard.

Piece of piss... not literally, I'm not advocating drinking your own urine like that nutter Earl.
Get some good high-protein foods into ya (eggs, Greek Yogurt, cottage cheese, seafood etc.).
If you can't do it all in whole foods then invest in a good protein powder to round it off (not replace it) which should be around 20 - 24g per hit. Done and dusted.
Just eat a stable diet which includes seafood Pork and chicken and dairy products.
Bought a 1 kilo bag of almonds today as a healthy snack while driving in the car.
100g = 22g of protein. price £5.99/1kg
Eggs at 10gram and 10p each also skimmed milk at £1 for 4 pints.
Trying to make it easy and not hard work, also keeping the cost down without buying expensive whey proteins etc..

Yes, you've triggered my personal peeve over the phrase 'healthy snack'.
CCC the trick is to eat in moderation or a little but plenty.

Why would you want to eat a lot of protein ? It'll just clog you up. Olympic athletes often operate much better on a low-protein diet.
Dave Scott won the Hawaii triathlon SIX TIMES.....and it's regarded as the hardest in the world. At the time he was vegan, but now he recommends fish as a protein source.

Almonds are also good for the wood, allegedly.
How do you eat your eggs in the car?
Almonds or eggs, any difference in the protein, absorption, side effects ..........?
Variety is the spice of life, what is your goal with the 200g?
The Mediterranean diest lots of salad, fish, low red meat is tasty and highly recommended though not cheap in UK, the Thai veg based diet also good.
Hey chitty saws this which suggest i only eed 60g a day and pulses/dahl does it
BBC - Future - We don?t need nearly as much protein as we consume
Do you realise how much your farts will stink of pure shit eating that much protein ?
Conscious obsession seems to be all the fashion....
Yep you'll have less friends than Jeff
^Impossible.
As for how to get XYZ amount of protein per day without getting bored of steamed skinless chicken breast, there's no end of protein supplements available from powders to power bars and everything in between. All can be home delivered too.
That's a lot of protein. Food items with a decent amount of protein in them (meats, fish, etc) usually contain about 20-25% protein so to consume 200g of protein, you'd need to eat 800g to 1kg of those foodstuffs.
Buffalo steaks?
Dried milk powder?
