My plan is to cook at home during the week. I generally eat quite healthy, but I'm going to try extra hard to cook healthy meals for the next while. I'll post what I made and some steps. Feel free to add your own, but I will update this regularly.
First meal I made tonight was just something out of my own mind with things I like to eat. I'll call it the
Asian Salmon Noodle Dish.
Chopped up a bunch of vegetables including red peppers, shiitake mushrooms, snow peas, and broccoli (I was missing the tofu which I like).
(Yes, I do like to cook in my bra at times)
Step 2
Grill my salmon until done.
Step 3
Boil noodles (Hong Kong Chow Mein style).
Step 4
Mix the noodles in with the vegetables, add asian dressing.
step 5 - put noodle/veggie mix in a bowl and add cooked salmon on top.
Delicious! All I was missing is the tofu which I'll get for next time.
