    ^ I bet you get better sausages than me - very hard to get decent sausages in Korea.

    While poaching seems a tad French and thus rather gay... It is good to see that we all agree eggs should be a tad runny. If in doubt, stop cooking the eggs a tad earlier rather than a tad later.

    &, while it shouldn't be in the Manwich thread, I'm thinking about making a rice pudding in the AirFryer, so any suggestions in that space'll be very welcome.

    ...so, a fried egg is more manly as it's...Thai? While a hard-boiled egg is definitely tranny because it resembles...a Brit?...I suppose scrambled eggs are American given the current political environment there...

    ...I wonder what you might think of sous-vide: lesbian?...

    It's pink, it's superb in a very manly way...

    I need to sort out my eggs.

    As Dilly suggested, I spoke Creamed Rice Pudding with the wife, but she talked about Scotch Eggs repeatedly, and I wondered of she'd been in some form of communication with Mendip...

    Left over roast lamb, mustard, mint sauce, slice of cheddar and jalapenos.

    That's absolutely a manwich!

    Close to it though points deducted for using inferior Irish butter, what looks to be racist cheese, and adding mint is cutting it pretty close to effeminate.

    GTF - its egg, mayo, tiny splash of malt vinegar and salad cream for a bit of sharpness - cress if you are posh or a shifter like Sausages.

    The bone is the best part. Scraping the last bits off and dipping them in a mayo made from condensed milk, white vinegar, and mustard powder. Heaven

    ...just to feminize a bit: add a tablespoon of fresh chopped dill..or most any herb as this is a base sandwich from which many other tasty variations may arise. Rather than herbs, imagine capers and minced onion. Touching yourself? Drop in a rasher of crumbled crispy bacon while mixing. Hard yet? Add some finely shredded mature cheddar for that tight anal penetration you seek...Noi the humble egg waits to serve you..

    Theres the vinegar stroke right there

    A bit like HW's man made mayo.
    Chowhound use Malt Vinegar to make their mayo too.

    Too much flaffing about for my liking

    Decided to make an Italian roast beef hoagie for dinner tonight.

    Started off sautéing some onions and jalapeños in oil;

    Some precursor ingredients;

    Just enough time under the broiler to melt the provolone cheese;
