So when bus drivers in the UK get to fat to sit in the driver's seat do they get sent home on the dole?
^ I must admit that after two weeks of almost daily fresh sprouts from Makro and now regular pickled eggs I've probably become a significant contributor of greenhouse gasses in NE Thailand.
In fact I would say that eggs are probably the main item. I hard boil some bantam eggs and pickle them in around 40% apple cider vinegar / 60% salted water. I throw in a few small red onions and a few garlic cloves and job done.
It used to be standard to drop a pickled egg in a bag of crisps when out for a pint in a West Country pub. You would also be served a cocktail stick to stab at the egg to take a nibble. A great combo.

Nice Mendip but it has to be malt vinegar for me. Never ever ever any other crisp apart from ready salted with your pickled egg and a tablespoon of the vinegar tipped in the packet
Its a nightmare to slice though, if you aren't careful its squashes up and you and up with a 3/4 wide slice. Was on offer 2 for £1, wouldn't have thought of it otherwise. Me mum used to give me a tablespoon of malt daily as well, hangover from getting TB when i was young, love that too.
^ Guilty. With my pea size brain i couldn't work out where to put it.
Probably more likely girly comfort food than a manwich.
Pan fried gouda, honey ham, sliced tomato and diced onions, Lay (dark green colour), beer and football on the TV, wrapped up on the sofa with me blanket.
I really hate having a few beers, then seeing half a pack of bacon that should be eaten before tomorrow.
Only Farmhouse in the, err, house. Butter n BBQ sauce that happens to go off on me birthday.
It's a sign.
