^^^ The crackling was crisp and hard on the outside but just gooey enough on the inside to get some fat seepage and keep things moist. The apple sauce also stopped it from being too dry.
^^ I would have added a few tomato slices next to the cheese to prevent dryness in your creation!
Chili's if it were Thailand, would expect Malaysia to be the same....
I think I'm more horrified at the pink jelly stuff, rather than the random floating insides.
