^ the display and hubris was fantastic - I'm all for that Dillyness, but actually eating it... :)
...I have a cousin who, as a youth, regularly insisted on bananas with his P&J. He also sliced onions to have with his peanut butter only sandwiches....these, of course, were known as boywiches back then...
I'm not saying this is the best manwich the world has ever seen, or even a manwich..., but I had to try:

Pretty good, not great...
The Youtube vid I watched said that no butter was needed - that's wrong. It needed some butter to cook it in the middle and add flavour, imho.
7/10 - it has potential.
That was my first effort with the machine, now the wife is gonna have a crack at some gai tod... :)

Looks nice if quite refined for you Mr Baldrick... :)
Here's today's airfryer sausages (12 minutes on 180) with some American mustard, a layer of bread to keep the flavours separate, while at the same time together, then a couple of fried eggs a tad runny.

my eggs were microwave poached
I have used a variety of microwave poachers over the years - some good and some pretty fcuked - but to my mind it is the nicest way to cook the egg
it does take a bit of experimentation and practice to get them cooked with runny yolks as per the perfect specimens you see grace my plate
^^Every time I see those plates I tell myself to give the LSD a miss for a while :)
Great looking samidge though, sausages have just been added to the shopping list.
