    Right, you fairies..., let's get back to Manwiches!




    Can you see what's coming? Can you see the potential - expensive fillet steak, soft as anything, some decent cheese, onion and some quality steak pfeffer... Can I bring the cooking together, can I do the ingredients justice?



    Browned the onions first then used them as a layer to cook the steak on - we wanna keep all the juices and tenderness in that steak! Add some pfeffer, not too much, not too little, we wanna add to the steak's flavour, not overwhelm it...



    A bed of cheese and a nice strong cup of Yorkshire tea.



    Here's the close-up; looking good, but how is the steak cooked?



    Now that's how you want the steak in your Manwich!

    This was extremely tasty, nigh on perfect in stark contrast to my usual cooking standards... The Aussie beef was very tender and flavoursome. &, I only had half the steak, so guess what I'll be making meself a bit later...
