This is another one of the wife's favourites and very quick and simple to cook. It is based on a recipe for Vongole.
The ingredients:
I picked one of those onion & coriander bunches from the market for 10 baht. You can use parsley and half an onion if you like. The prawns were the last offerings from Tesco-Lotus. I shell them for this dish as I hate peeling prawns when eating. These ones were too small to show off anyway. I like to add a chilli for this dish as it really enhances the flavour. If it seems like too much then add half and try.
