Should come in handy for those of us living in Thailand given the vast selection of whole lambs readily available for purchase.

Hmmm, It's been many years, but a brown stamp is for pet food or fertiliser grade meat in NZ if I recall. Above carcass may have been pilfered.
    Just saying

So, Pattayaplies, do you confess to being 12Call?
And why did you need to come back as another name?

    Lamb is over rated.

Prefer a good side of flavourful gamey mutton.

Without being an expert, I would suspect sweet fruits.

Never seen Mutton for sale anywhere here and believe me I've looked, it's Lamb or nothing. And that's a shame, slow braised Mutton with veggies is pretty hard to beat for a flavourful meal.

Obviously, the demographics are somewhat different in Pattaya, but it's pretty much all I've been able to get from predominantly Muslim butchers and supermarkets over the years in Asia (espesh in Malaysia) unless you're in a western place. Have you tried a Halal gaff?

I like them both, but some locals complain about the smell of mutton. Of course it smells- it's fucking food, you plank! Now go back to that stinking dried fish you were chucking down your neck...
