Thread: So, I'm thinking of becoming a vegetarian

I've heard that, some good ones apparently.

The title of the YouTube vegetarian video is " Reverse arthritis naturally " Dr John Bergman.
I thought arthritis was irreversible damage, but not according to our Doc.

And another to add to the list, boiled cabbage.

My mother used to prepare it and tell me I couldn’t go back outside and continue playing until the plate was clean. Needless to say I never made back out on the occasions she cooked it. The house would reek for an entire evening from that cabbage.
