The spaghetti looks fine to me, I'd eat it.

Chit don't listen to them, Mercans only eat with forks. We Brits like our pasta snapped in 4 pieces so it doesn't slide off the spoon. Syb is just trying to seem clued up but life us just too short to wait for pasta to soften into the rolling boil. Hutter just eats his microwaved once his house maid puts it in front of him.
Thanks for bumping this and adding America plus getting personal Tootie..

More than half of British adults only know how to cook five or less meals without resorting to a recipe.
New research has found one in eight British adults would not feel confident cooking an omelette without consulting a recipe - while a third admitted they only cook one new recipe a year.
It also found that stir fry is the meal most people are able to cook from scratch without the aid of a recipe, followed by spaghetti Bolognese and a Sunday roast.
See prood that Mercans don't get irony. Did you miss the 4 pieces and a spoon give away. I can PM you and Ron an explanation, its hilarious that we are having a debate about how to correctly cook peasant food. and folks are getting all highfalootin which is the real laugh.
Riiight...
That wasn't the post I quoted was it.
If you say so but opening up a few cans and pouring them into a pot and a pan is not cooking anything technically and when you still get the most simple part wrong but then go on to post a thread about it that is pretty pathetic. Just Sayin.
And we love Chit for keeping it real. Desite his culinary diversions there is still nothing on the news about father wiping out family by not following Delia Smiths 5 golden rules.
I for one would miss Chits homespun gormet yarns as much as i miss John Peels saturday home truths show on Radio 4.
Edit
Well a slight porky but....
