Luigi's Mexicana Style Stuffed Pepper Purfectimo.

Much inspired by Sir PAG in the dinner thread yesterday.

    https://teakdoor.com/the-kitchen/9619...ml#post3496744 (Dinner)

Been meaning to do these for a while.

    Basic Mexican style spice mix.

Handful of cooked rice cooked with some stock added at the end.

Into the battery operated Hello Kitty oven.

30 mins later, topped with cheddar.

Everything is better with cheese and jalapenos.

    Easy, and Sombreralischio.

Looking good except for the beans. Try this next time. Cook up a big pot. Freeze the rest in serving size plastic bags for later eats.

Great. Tip, microwave the peppers for a couple of minutes before stuffing them and putting them in the oven.

Looks like a 6 x 9 baking dish and it will just fit in the Hello Kitty oven.

Out of interest, as I never bothered looking (or measuring ), I just went to the sink with a measuring tape.

That Sir, is a fine 14 inches long.

    If you include the handles.

The Hello Kitty oven trays, which oddly enough fit in quite well once you wedge them past the battery holder, come in at 15 inches. Or half a penis length.

    Eeek.

Paprika, chili pwdr, cumin, oregano (fokload of), ground black pepper.

Salt and teaspoon of sugar added while coming to the boil.

Onion powder and garlic powder can also be added to the original mix to much effect.

I didn't because I used a lot of onion and garlic already.

Plus they ran out a few weeks ago and some lazy bollox hasn't done the shopping yet.

    Not sure.

I do have a bit of a following within the Lulutard group. The 5000 pixel wide version I was sending in repo might have caused them the odd twinge.
