Slow baked for 4 hours first, then bbq'd. Good ol' honey, bbq sauce, rosemary and whisky marinade. Hallelujah praise the Lord.

Served with baked beans n bacon, and either some sort of wedges, fries or bread and a fok load of icy cold beer.
