    Why are SE/E Asian desserts so shit when the rest of the food is usually very good?

    Absatively. I'll give you the link. It's a New York Times recipe. Katherine Hepburn's brownie recipe.

    I change it just a bit. Instead of 1/2 cup cocoa I use 1/4 cup of cocoa and 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips.

    Chitty's Pink Lady Apple Crumble...

    Oven proof dish225g s fruit e.g. apples . Stewed or chopped.150g flour 75g butter75g sugar3 tablespoons porridge oatsMethodTurn oven on to Gas4/180°C.Collect equipment.Put flour into mixing bowl and add butter.Cut butter into small pieces.Rub the butter into the flour using fingertips.Stir in the sugar and oats, mix with a table knife.Place the fruit in the dish. Spoon the topping over the apples in an even layer.Bake for 20mins in total.






    Bish up the Pink Ladys..

    Sprinkle caster sugar on top..

    Mix up the flour, sugar, butter and oats..

    The place above has been closed down for about a year. I missed it while in Thailand.

    But when in Florida I still love/get my key lime,……..even in a jar. Fvcking fantastic
