The Tesco near me has gone completely bonkers and started stocking half-pig cuts in their ribs tray. Either that or woolly mammoths.

Got these badboys sitting in rosemary, black pepper and olive oil for the night. Will dab with whiskey in the morning and slow bake for 4 hours. Less time is needed with the whiskey, will tenderize those boys up real good. *tips cowboy hat*

whiskey, honey, soy sauce, rosemary, s+p marinade after. And onto the bbq to smoke n burn.

Might do coleslaw and rolls, or a potato salad and corn on the cob. Not sure yet.

Oddly enough, my beverage of choice while grillin' is iced tea....I find if I'm drinking beer I'm not hungry after the end of the session.
