That looks worse than Klong Toeys dinner
I agree. Although it could just be the bandages misaligning the nipples.
Lets see a picture of your sous-vide then? What one you have? And some gash.
Check out these fokers.
The Tesco near me has gone completely bonkers and started stocking half-pig cuts in their ribs tray. Either that or woolly mammoths.
Got these badboys sitting in rosemary, black pepper and olive oil for the night. Will dab with whiskey in the morning and slow bake for 4 hours. Less time is needed with the whiskey, will tenderize those boys up real good. *tips cowboy hat*
whiskey, honey, soy sauce, rosemary, s+p marinade after. And onto the bbq to smoke n burn.
Might do coleslaw and rolls, or a potato salad and corn on the cob. Not sure yet.
Anyone coming over for the game tomorrow evening?
Our Gert's Gardook Moo is finger licking good.

Pretty sure that the knife and fork count is short too.
I chose not to read the entire thread as I knew it would turn into a disaster and possibly an embaresment for the OP. But fair play to him for trying.
I have eaten ribs in the best places around and mostly it has been shit,
Tomorrow night is spare ribs at the Loy Toys. Best in the world.
^^ shifty, if ever I saw.
^ Stick up a few pics, if you're not too drunk/angry to operate a camera.
How did you know? We're heard rumors of your cooking but I can't remember seeing a thread recently.Originally Posted by Loy Toy
Looking forward to the pictures and recipes!Originally Posted by Loy Toy
^ Just looked back at yours on page 2, with the baked beans and bacon.
Was thinking about it for tomorrow night, but I'll just do coleslaw and rolls after all. Not sure I want to have to buy a Daffodil-Strength weighing scales just yet.
In my humble opinion, ribs, baked beans and coleslaw are the trifecta of a meal...

Seems you fuckers relish the scope of having something in front of you even when you fuck up but fair play.
Enjoy your meal.........
Or, in the spirit of the thread, get some ribs going and show us some pics.Originally Posted by Luigi

Gonna be 4 hours in there, best start on the night's beer.
Come on LT. This is the funny thread, where people post pics of their wonderful home cooked meals or their most disastrous.
It's one of the only threads where everyone just gets on in an odd sort of way. I have never posted a pic of my cooking abilities but have described them. And have had the yucky thing thrown at me often.
Please, LT, if you are having shitty thoughts.
Don't bring them to the Kitchen Thread. i thoroughly enjoy this thread as do others.
The banter is good, and, mostly, the cooking is good!!
Why try to ruin that?
So many threads, nowadays, are ruined by stupid nasty banter. I hope this one won't be.
The only other one is Mathos' thread. Because he is respected.
Otherwise the eejits take over with their homosexual remarks etc. and to be quite honest it's boring and repetitive. And sounds exactly like i heard 40 years ago in the school yard. And i am sure those "little boys" still haven't got their sexuality sorted out either...
Get over your silly quibles and nastiness and this Forum could be a goodun again.
