Noooooooo!! Yuck.
With the money you would spend on getting all the paraphinalea to brew your Mango Wine you could probably buy a few cases of decent bottled French or Ozzie plonk.
Just make juice, sorbet etc.

Haven't had my hand in making a mango wine, per se, but have enjoyed a potent distilled liquor from mangoes - quite the extensive process.
Not wine but making mango bread tomorrow morning. The first batch turned out more like a bread pudding but it taste good, just heavy. Mango wine sounds like a good thing, lots of natural sugar to build on.

Quite a few Mango wineries in and around Darwin turning out commercial mango wines.
A good recipe and process should turn out a drinkable wine..
But isn't it too sweet?
Nothing so bad as a sweet wine.
Good luck, i hope the alcohol level is high. Knock me out after a couple of glasses. I have drunk homebrew wine before. It can be lethal.

I prefer the fruitier wines, Give it a go! I know a member of the local wine club who makes damson, apple, pear wine. Anything goes and he's got the nose to proove it.
