I had my doubts about the dinky little 1000 baht electric over in the bush house, wasn't at all sure how this would turn out.
What you will need.
Flour
Instant yeast
Pasta sauce
Salt
Honey or sugar
Olive oil
Toppings
Cheese
Tomato
Pepperoni
Fresh Chili
Step 1
Mix a cup of warm water, 2 teaspoons of yeast,, a tablespoon of honey and half a cup of flour. stir well and leave for 20 min.
When you come back it should look like this.
Step 2.
Mix 2.5 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, two tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.
Slowly add the yeast while stirring until it's all stuck to the spoon. Add a little flour of it seems too wet.
Step 3.
Flour your board and kneed for 10 min.
Step 4.
Put your soon to be pizza in a bowl and lightly coat with oil. Leave it covered somewhere warm for 2 hours. When you come back it should have doubled in size.
Punch it down, cut into 2 sections,, each in their own plastic bag and into the fridge.
Step 5.
Come back tomorrow.
Step 6.
Take your dough and stretch it out to fit your pan.
Step 7.
Oil your tray and lightly oil the top of the dough.
Add sauce and cheese.
Toppings....
Half onion and pepperoni
Half tomato, onion and chili
Good crack of black pepper.
Step 8.
Into the dinky over at 230c for 10 minutes.

Result?
Pro's cheap an easy food.
Con? Crust was a little thick and try for the life of me I cant replicate that NY Pizza soft flexible crust.
