Roast chicen with coriander cheesy melts.

This one will knock your socks off kids

Roast chicken bits with fresh coriander on toast under a sea of melted Nimbin cheese.

Fokkin' heaven for that late night mange.

First off you will need to knock up some toast.

Next you will need some dead chicken bits and some fresk coriander sprigs.

Bung the mix of dead chicken and coriander on the toast.

Then slice some nice Nimbin cheese. Any cheese will do. Like all my recipes, it depends on what you have in the fridge.

Sling the slices of cheese atop your toast with chicken and fresh coriander and bung them under the grill and dont go anywhere coz this will merely take a minute or two tops.

This late night snack is almost guaranteed to bring you a wet dream.

Anyway, if you have followed the instructions this is what you should be about to stick down your neck.

You might add pepper and/or salt to taste but I think that it is tasty enough on its own.

    Enjoy folks.

Habanero sauce is too hot for some Thai's. I find that funny.

I used to make my own. Brought a liter with me and a another liter when he visited. Man love to feed that to Thai folks when they act like Farang don't eat spice.
He brought me some seeds as well...

My wife shocked everyone with a pork steak, and potato salad feed. These were her kinfolk. One guy cant eat it, he gets the habanero sauce, the rest is history!!
