    What is your favourite Pizza?

When I lived in Sydney, I used to walk home from Crows Nest where I spent my drinking time to Cremorne where I lived.

The reason was a pizza place owned by Greeks on Military Road in Neutral Bay.

There I would routinely order my favourite pizza that I had discovered on their menu.

Ham, Pepperoni, Tuna Fish and Sweetcorn.

It was wonderful, combined with a superb base which had fantastic consistency and flavour.

I was in Sydney last week and returned to the scene of the pizza which sadly was no longer there.

So what is your favourite pizza?

In Bangkok I like the Scoozi Chef's Special, although Scoozi bases are often a bit too thin in the middle and end up soggy.

When I'm in Naples I'll always head to Antica Pizzeria da Michele located on the city's Via Sersale and have one of their Neapolitan pizza's there famous the world over and absolutely delicious.

Here mainly Ham and Pineapple, gets boring a bit quick though.

Back in the UK I used to love the Mexicana, basically it was a chili con carni on dough, but great after a few beers

    Toppings?

If you need more than cheese and sauce, you're doing it wrong.

The slice pictured above is perfect.

I like scoozi's organic pizza when available. Pepperoni or ham and pineapple.

Belllalloppini, whatever it's called used to be good.

The addition of cannabis resin sprinkled onto the cheese prior to cooking is a vast improvement.
The oil from the cheese helps dissolve the cannabis and spread it evenly, and the effect is rather pleasing.

Be sure to order/make an extra large one because you will be hungry again later.

I go for plenty of meat and herbs. Pepperoni, sausage , green pepper and mushrooms etc. Pineapple on a pizza seems a bit naff but up to youuuuuuu.

This thread is a sad commentary on the state of pizza preference- you can toss an entire barnyard or vegetable garden on it, but doing that will never improve upon the perfection of using only excellent basic ingrediants and cooking it properly.

Let me know if you want to be schooled in the art of cheesecake or bagels as well.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

I think naff is putting it mildly. The 'hawaiian' is a crime against pizza and I am shocked and stunned that more than one poster has admitted to it as a favourite topping, apparently in all seriousness.

    My pizza is the best.

Fresh pizza dough - not thin tasteless cardboard nor a greasy American mess, real tomato sauce made the old fashioned way with cracked pepper and various herbs (no, tinned tomatoes are not as good), Mozzarella, Spanish ham, Italian salami, chilli, loads of cheddar or jalapeņo jack cheese.

This one had Cumberland sausage instead of the Spanish ham.
