INGREDIENTS

1/2 454g pkg rice-stick noodles
1tbsp dark sesame oil
350g pkg extra firm tofu
1/2c tamarind paste
2 limes or 1 lemon
1/3c coarsely chopped cilantro
1tbsp hot chili-garlic sauce
2tbsp brown sugar
3tbsp fish sauce
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1tbsp vegetable oil
340g pkg peeled raw shrimp (medium)
1 (red/green/yellow) pepper, thinly sliced
3 eggs, beaten
3 green onions, thickly sliced
1 handful of bean sprouts
1/2c peanuts, coarsely chopped (optional)
