google is your friend!
Many recipies to be had for the brine needed...Most important is the cut of beef your intending to use.

You can buy it here. Probably not worth the hassle or expense of making your own.

I assume he wants the real stuff, not the crap available here. They rush it too fast and don't use the SP correctly.;
