Pickled cucumbers in the sun, how to make quick summer pickles

Pickled cucumbers in the sun, how to make quick summer pickles
The recipe is very simple and lasts 3, maximum 4 days
The heat creates lactic acid from the bread placed on top of the cucumbers
With fermentation, useful bacteria grow in the cucumber
Lactic acid has a good effect on the intestinal flora and on the healthy functioning of the stomach
Pickled cucumbers contain magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and vitamins C, A and B12

Interesting. Is it the yeast in the bread that starts the culture so quickly? Could any yeast produce the same or something in bread?
