    ^ It is a bit heavy on the green onions. (Burp)

    Though I liked the idea of a runny yellow included in an omelet. I’ll be giving that a go.

    ...I'd lightly saute the green onions with a minced clove of garlic and a chopped red chili or two first, then add the egg mixture...
