So after much experimentation with these, heres what i found works amazingly well, holds together when cooking and has excellent flavour!
Not too much filler and has chunks of crab, not too wet and packs a nice kick. Enjoy

It is! No more than whisking a few ingredients together and adding crab, of course you dont need to use fresh crab, tinned is fine also. Another simple sauce is dill mayo or simple marie rose (ketchup and mayo) but i like a little spice
