    I cannot remember the last time I consumed rice.

    Even when I have Indian curry I never have rice preferring to have Roti or chapatis.

    To be honest with you, i am exactly the same. I will eat entire meals with bread as the utensil, just scoop or pinch the food with a bit of folded bread (naan being my weapon of choice)

    ^I'd have chips on the side too, but also very rarely eat rice which is strange for 2 guys that live in Thailand. The exception being fried rice made at home and even then there'll be more protein and veg in it than rice!
