I lived there in 1973 and at the time that's what they said it was !!
It was built very quickly, originally, for refugees from Dutch East Indies with Dutch passports,who were thrown out by the Indonesians, and later used as Barracks for the US & Dutch Airforce at Sousterburg Air Base just up the road .
