You have just shown that my vocabulary is seriously lacking. I might have to waste a half of today checking what these words mean as I haven't heard of most of them.

I was once doing some googling re best starter for Wordle and some dude came up with "aries" as the best word to give you correct letters in the correct spot but it is not on the Wordle "list" so bloody useless.
So I decided to change the letters around and now often use arise or raise. If none of these vowels are in the answer I use cloud most of the time as the second word.
Today the only reason I didn't use the Aussie spelling was I had eliminated the "s" already.
And my second word was not a "guess" you cretin, it was a "choice".
