I wouldn't say extremely lucky. Just a bit. There was a bit of technique to add to the bit of luck. Firstly, I used my regular starter word, then I changed the position of the vowels for the second attempt, then after that I was confident I knew where the vowels went for the third attempt, so I just needed to find some consonants to fit around them. I was lucky that the three consonants I chose for attempt three were correct.

Mine was yeast and flour whichh makes a baker....

I made today's word harder than it needed to be, but to be fair I wasn’t even sure it was a real word. Ootai will be delighted.
