    Compare your salary.

How long would it take you to earn a top footballer’s salary?

BBC News - How long would it take you to earn a top footballer?s salary?

It would take me nearly 2000 years to earn what Ronaldo earns in a year.

208 years at my retirement income would be one of his salary years. I think. If one USD = .66 UK Pounds.

You can enter the United States as the country of earned income. Why the need to convert?

$125,000 per year retirement income after tax? You should be able to live like a king on that.

Yes but take comfort in the fact that Ronaldo has wasted all his cash on women and fast cars. He probably has to ask his manager for a payday loan every month.

They earn the same as others who reach the very top of their profession i.e. rock stars, actors, and entrepreneurs, those individuals who have a product with a huge market/captive audience.

It's better to be happy with what you have. Some on this board may be in the top 1% of the world's wealthy. I'm quite content with that.

World's Richest 1% Own Almost Half Of Global Wealth Says Credit Suisse Report

According to the Credit Suisse global wealth report, to join the hallowed ranks of the top one per cent would require £500,000 of wealth including home equity.

Of course that's only his salary. How much must Nike and every other sponsoring company be paying the [at][at][at][at].

Nike alone must be almost matching his salary.

You may be a wee bit behind a top footballer with your salary and maths skills withnall, but there's more to life than money and algebra.

Who wants to die the richest man in the graveyard anyhow ?

look at it the other way Withers, add up all the ages of those Grannys you've been nailing and Wayne Rooney would be jealous as fuck at being a few Millenia behind you
