    Warapura Resort Koh Chang.

Nice enough place for a break from BKK. South of Lonely beach which means the waft of backpacker filth and the such won't ruin your break. Can walk along (5-10 mins) the coast to the beach, or get a songthaew for 20b. If you feel like leaving the resort.

    Pool is nice.

    Breakfast buffet is nice (inc.)

Resort is done in a garden setting.

    Restaurant area is nice.

Is not on a beach so some nice sea views without 1000 other people annoying ya.

    The track to lonely beach.

Koh Chang has some nice views. Kayak out to the island, rental 100b 1hr.

The quiet Bang Bao beach is a short motorbike ride away.

Don't get the poolside villa unless ya want people watching ya.

We've been a few times and like it for it's quietness, and the restaurant is really quite good.

    Warapura Resort, Koh Chang, Thailand

The restaurant is great for spending an afternoon in the rainy season watching the waves roll in.

The Bruschetta is highly recommended, and only something like 60 or 80b.

Looks nice Mao. What were the room rates? 'Spose I could look it up - you got any pics of the room(s) other than the beach villa?

    ^^

I've got a smeg-esque stalker, who's a middle aged coal miner with comical tattoos and a penchant for all denim ensembles stalking me, with an unhealthy obsession for my wife and mother.

Who also contacts me so we can meet up so he 'can kick my fucking head in'.

    Poor thing's a lost case.

Koh Chang is a beautiful island, me and the wife usually stay at Siam Beach a little further south.

Looks good Mao, I've been looking for a decent place to go on Koh Chang.

I will check it out in a couple of weeks, thanks.
